According to the Director of the Foundation "Baltic music seasons" by Alexander gafina, the idea is to follow the example of the legendary Salzburg festival, combining the pleasure of quality music and art of gastronomy, hovering in the air for a long time.
"Every year people come to Salzburg, not only to listen to concerts by famous musicians, but also to indulge in an interesting kitchen. Therefore, we will be happy to promote in Jurmala festival of delicious dishes aimed to acquaint the residents and guests of the city with outstanding chefs and a diverse array of culinary schools. We hope that visitors and guests of the "Baltic music seasons" such events will delight, and they will be able to expand your culinary horizons, not flying for this to Biarritz or Normandy.
