The Korean pastry chef from Chongdam-Dong (Seoul) is engaged in design, custom cakes for more than five years. She runs her blog, holds workshops and one only Instagram has 35 and a half thousand fans.

A special technique, whereby the pastry chef performs the decorations on the cakes — in fact, the mix of confectionary art and flower arranging, because it is based not only on the culinary knowledge, but also on the understanding of the geometry of a flower, the symmetry of its petals, even to their slope and height. The standards here are extremely strict. Special attention in the Korean technique is also paid to the selection of colors each cake. Color harmony is one of its most important principles.
