Pop singer Filipp Kirkorov believes that Russia should refuse from participation in "Eurovision", while the organizers of the musical contest will not reform. He stated TASS on Friday, April 21.

"Back to the situation with Julia [Samoylova] I was not a supporter of Russia participated in the competition for as long as will not change its rules," — said Kirkorov.

The main claim of the singer lies in the fact that the vote rating is divided equally between the audience and the jury. In his opinion, the percentage of votes shall be 70:30 or 80:20 in favor of the audience.

Kirkorov said that while the organizers won't make a difference, "we do not need to participate in the contest", as "a number of countries will continue to get even with us, no matter who came".

"Eurovision-2017" will be held in Kiev in may. Russia will not participate in the competition, as the security Service of Ukraine closed the stated party Yulia Samoilova entry to the territory of the state. Russian TV channels refused to broadcast the competition.
