The police service of the EU Europol Sunday, July 16, detained 66 people under investigation, including "meat scandal", namely, to supply the retail network of the countries of the European Union horse meat under the guise of beef.

All the detainees are accused of animal cruelty, forgery, obstruction of justice, harming the health of others, money laundering and participation in a criminal group, the statement said Europol.
