Sebastian Szymański, currently playing for Fenerbahce, is working on a transfer to a better team. There have been increasing rumors suggesting that he will soon change clubs, with Tottenham reportedly expressing interest in him and a significant transfer fee being mentioned. Fabrizio Romano, in a program on the Meczyki.pl channel, explained the future prospects for the Polish player.
Szymański has played 34 games so far, scoring 12 goals and providing 14 assists. Romano believes that Szymański will definitely continue with Fenerbahce this season as they compete for the Turkish championship. However, a transfer in the winter is unlikely, and it is more probable in the summer, as Fenerbahce would not likely want to sell such an important player while they are competing for the title. Additionally, Tottenham may not currently have the funds for Szymański’s transfer, as the team recently spent 25 million euros on another player and Szymański is valued at around 35 million euros. The team had hoped to finance the transfer with the sale of Pierre Emile Hojbjerg but no offers have been received.
