Cracovia, a sports club in Krakow with teams in the top football and ice hockey leagues, has officially announced their new president. Matusz Dróżdż has been appointed as the new president of Cracovia, following a decision made by the board of the Supervisory Council of MKS Cracovia SSA. In 2018-19, Filipiak was the president of Zagłębie Lubin, and most recently (2021-23), he was in charge of the management of Widzew Łódź.

MKS Cracovia SSA has two sections, football and ice hockey. The senior football team currently holds the 14th position in the Ekstraklasa, while the ice hockey team is ranked 5th in the Ekstraliga.
